The numbers came out today (they're in a thread somewhere on the board) and Mizzou's revenue was 13th. Drew asked Laird tonight how different that might look in a year with the ticket pricing changes and the additional revenue once the North end zone opens. "We're making progress, right? We're making significant progress. I want to go back and really compare all those numbers, but you know, if I recall correctly, a couple years ago we were talking about the change and the reasons we need to change and raise ticket prices. And I think our fans may remember we had a stat and a graphic where we're $37 million below the median in our conference. And I believe this last year, if I remember it correctly, we're about $24 million below the median. So it's still in some ways, you look at that, you say we're still behind, but that's $13 million year over year step right in the midst of an environment where our budgets and all budgets are growing dramatically, right? So we're taking steps, but everybody else is making moves too, right? We're not the only ones, so you got to continue to take steps, and you can't look at it like you're going to make that up overnight, but if you continue to take those steps year after year, that's when over you look back over a period of a handful of years, and then you've made real progress. We're back to that, into that median, or above. So that's what we need to continue to tackle, is take those steps. You know, we have one of our values, if you will, believe every step matters, and we are taking steps up the mountain. We got to keep climbing. It's not going to happen, we're not gonna get the top overnight, but if we keep doing it, we'll make progress, and we'll get there."
