Summary
Scheme unchanged without Hardy; JR top-five SEC RB candidate but backfield depth problematic after Davis departure.

The scheme doesn't change much, and JR can definitely be in the top half of SEC RBs and probably even top 5. RB is the least valuable position in the game, so its where you can most afford to lose someone. That said, Hardy was the best player when you strip away positional value on the roster, so it still stings. The bigger problem is who's backing up JR? If we had retained Marquise Davis I'd say we're fine, but you have to play 2 RBs to keep them fresh, and I'm not sure we have another good one available. It was the right move to let Davis go at the time since you were planning on him being RB3 and you couldn't pay a premium there, but with this news, it stinks pretty bad
Tldr; the offensive scheme won't change, the effectiveness might
