Summary
Overrecruit OL/DL—hard portal positions requiring ground-up development and retention over buying.
I am a fan of overrecruiting on the OL (esp OT bodies) and DL. Hard positions to get in the portal so you have to take more guys and more chances to build these positions from the ground up and try to retain guys vs trying to buy them in.
