BM5: 247Sports Director of Scouting Andrew Ivins dives DEEP on Ohio State
Summary
QBs reclassifying need immediate playing time or risk development setback, especially at weaker programs lacking pass protection.
I thought Andrew had a great observation about QBs who reclassify and how that may have negatively impacted Ewers development. Any QB who reclassifies to get to college a year early better do it only if he's going to get playing time that first year in college, and then it might actually work against his development if he goes to a lousy school who can't protect him.
