That Georgia Tech team had a losing record before it played Pitt (1-2) and a losing record after it played Pitt (3-4). It's a game we should have won ten times out of ten. As for Doeren and Narduzzi, it's pretty close. They have averaged almost the exact same records in their tenures. Narduzzi is probably better in conference games, but a lot of that has to do with being in a division with an underachieving Miami versus being in with Clemson and Florida State. FSU has underachieved as well, but they also had a handful of double digit win seasons and a national championship that overlapped Doeren being in the Atlantic.
