Well, that means you're leaving a monster 1-on-1 with a TE, FB, or unblocked. Either way, that tight end has to wash Clowney down the line. You're not asking him to block him; you're just telling him to use Clowney's momentum and escort him out of the way. Instead, the tight end decided to just let him go free.
