Temple set for first spring scrimmage on Saturday morning
Summary
Scrimmage was heavily controlled (all plays from 40-yard line, no QB hits); offensive-friendly conditions with minimal penalties.
It was a highly controlled scrimmage where almost every play was 1st-and-10 from the 40. So not really conducive to the defense in that sense. Not to mention the QB can’t get hit. So that’s a huge lean towards offense-friendly numbers.
One other thing worth mentioning off the top — there were two pre-snap penalties and no post-snap penalties during the 45 plays.
