Who were your Top Five greatest UCLA running backs?
Summary
Maurice Jones-Drew #1 greatest UCLA RB: complete player, could run/catch/return, low fumbles, great character.
People conceptualize "greatest" differently. Had the best career? Had the best single season? Best all-around? Most talented? Best as a pro?
I think of it as "if I could have one of them on the 2026 team, who would it be?" I vote Maurice Jones Drew #1. Could run, could catch, could return on special teams, was not prone to fumbling, and had great character.
After that, using same criterion, Foster, Green, KAJ, Franklin.
