How do we measure Whit Babcock's legacy?

Whit Babcock was ultimate football disaster despite budget/Franklin success; article's ambiguous ending oversells his legacy.
I told Sam straight up that the article was awesome, but that I hated the last line because it made it sound like Whit saved his whole tenure with the budget/Franklin. Very few actually think that - Sam doesn't even think that. It's a good line because it leaves it up to interpretation. I highly recommend giving it a read.
Ultimately, Whit was a disaster for football. Of course there were some successes, but he was an utter failure overall. Good riddance.
