UH has one of the top returning statistical leaders that has yet to play a down for UH. Can you guess who it is? Position? Well, if you guessed RB Makhai Hughes give yourself a gold star. Hughes happens to be ranked second in returning RB statistical leaders. And get this, last year he only got into just six games and totaled 70 yards on 17 carries. Think where he would be on this list and how far ahead of everyone else if he was the number one or two RB in the Oregon rotation last year. Even better think what he might achieve and help UH achieve while he is here. According to CBS Sports here are the top five: 1. Ahmad Hardy Missouri 3000 yds 2. Mahki Huges Houston 2849 yds 3. Jalen Buckley Western Michigan 2716 yds 4. Cam Edwards Michigan State 2690 yds 5. L J Martin BYU 2541 yds Go Hughes and Go UH 11-1!
