Leadership has many interpretations and none of us know who it will be or where it comes from. We know it starts in winter workouts, extends to spring ball but, more importantly, it's needed the day after spring ball up until fall practice as there are no coaches around during this time. When things are going well we assume this guy/that guy is a great leader. When hiccups begin they're all of a sudden void of leadership....lol. I really like what Day said about Jeremiah Smith stepping up vocally as he's the first guy in/last out and the hardest worker. We'll be hearing more about who's doing what as the summer unfolds.
