Ohio State is No. 1 in the post-spring CBS Sports 138 rankings
Summary
Ohio State still has 9 returning offensive starters and strong portal classes; preseason No. 1 is not just Bama-style courtesy ranking.

Negative. We have 9 returning starters on offense by far the most of any other top 10 team. Then you add the quality transfers we got.
On defense our portal class was ridiculous. We had a lot of quality return. This portal class is very similar to the 24 portal class.
