Opening Point Spreads for Week 0
Summary
New team is talented but inexperienced: Jacklich, Carlson, Ivey, McClure, Anderson, McKenzie; defense thin but McGlothen, Buxton, Francois Jones stand out
SpartaStu said... (original post) We might be 20 point underdogs to Sac State right now. The team and coaches have much to prove to regain any respect nationally. show more Yes exactly. There are some players that I like and think are talented my worry is they are getting thrown into the fire with no experience. But guys like RB Jacklich, Isaiah Carlson, WR’s Ivey, McClure and Anderson. Ex BYu WR McKenzie could prove to be someone who stretches the field with his speed. On defense it’s a little more sparse and still needs a lot of help. DL McGlothen and DB Buxton I’m very confident in and I like DB Francois Jones as well. I think Dukes will be pretty solid, damn he is going to have to be. I have two sleepers I like especially Jeremiah Tuiileila and I think the incoming freshman Bronx Letuligasenoa is going to be a future star. Of the kids coming in he is my top pick, but I like Carson Clark, Olmande and Courshawn Hill. Jase Nix and Braiden Bachich-Dixon are both going to be really good and hopefully an get some meaningful game reps So we have some talent just no experience, so like I said before they must have a fast learning curve as a lot of rookie feet are going to get put into the fire. We also lack depth so have to stay healthy so hoping the new S&C guy is good and helps keep away those nagging, lingering injuries to starters.
