When everything is legal and in the open? It's hard to cheat anymore. College football basically legalized cheating. I compared this to head coaches and their buyouts. As far as I know, there haven't been any major issues with coaches and their buyouts, even back in the day, since those were all legally known. All the G6 programs can agree to it and the player can stay within the G6 since they all would. If the P4 wants said player, they have to abide by the G6 rules. The G6 is eventually going to have an advantage by getting better HS players since the P4 seem to only want NIL guys and pluck talent from other programs with a few years experience. If the G6 can all agree to this and sign HS players in the format I mentioned, the P4 are either going to have to pay or face legal battles.
