ESPN: BC Had 2nd Worst Offseason in the ACC
Summary
Portal losses (Reed Harris) offset by experienced depth gains; QB questionable but improved elsewhere.
I disagree with this. Yes we were all initially surprised with the amount of players who entered the portal, with Reed Harris being the biggest loss, but I think BC did surprisingly well(on paper) filling the team out with experienced depth. QB is a big question mark, but other than that they to have improved at some positions.
