The MWC is guessing around $2.5 million per school (before the conference kicks in to bring it up to around $3,5) while the Pac 12 - is keeping quiet. Still, some estimate their deal to be worth only $5-8 million per school, which would take about 5-6 years to amortize the exit fee amount. What is really stupid is that if Wazzu and Oregon State had joined the MWC along with Gonzaga that version of the MWC could have brought about $8 to $10 million per school as the only D1 football conference on the west coast. If only pride hadn't gotten in the way of sound business thinking.
