Unfortunately people got hurt, some seriously, in collisions involving these types of vehicles this academic year. There’s always been a problem enforcing the “wheels off” rules in the high traffic pedestrian areas anyway. Administration convened a safety committee that recommended a ban. Saul decided it was a good idea.
