Poinsettia Bowl Returning
Summary
Elite teams don't require losers beneath them; parity independent of top standings; finances/reputation drive consistency.

The PACx will develop their own (losers). show more This isn't true, just has happened in some cases, with the past not really being predictive of the future, with all the changes happening in the college football game right now. A team can be consistently elite at the top of the standings whether or not there is relative parity in the teams beneath them, or one or some become perennial doormats, which is really more a function of finances and reputation (esteem) than anything else historically (which again we're bifurcating from college football past and tradition).
