That's why the Pony Express was so tough to defend with Dickerson and James sharing the load. Helps to sprinkle in a few QB runs as well to keep defenses off balance. I remember Dickerson & James as freshmen and I think Charles Wagoner (before he suffered a career ending injury) looked like the best of the three early that year. Of course we ran the ball a LOT more in those days.
