Summary
Other schools have returning starter or transfer; Iowa QB decision questioned.
Maybe it’s because the other 17 schools having a returning starter or transfer who started elsewhere. But I’m sure if Iowa brought in a transfer you’d find a way to complain about how we can’t develop qbs and spent NIL $ on a qb when we could’ve used it elsewhere.
