Summary
- Missouri's floor is closely tied to Cory Batoon's defense: a top-20 unit materially raises the outlook, while a finish around 38th could leave 5-7 or 6-6 in play.
- The defense showed a useful efficiency base but needs more disruption after ranking 87th in expected turnover rate.
- Ahmad Hardy is viewed as a top-two running back and potential early-round NFL talent, giving Missouri a high-end offensive anchor.
