WE need to tie salaries to butts in seats. I dont know the first thing about marketing but what ever the Savana Bananas are doing we need to take some notes from them.  I know we can't just make up rules for football but the marketing for the Bananas seem to be really hitting well.  What ever we can do to fill up Snap I'm down for.   It's simple. Attention to detail and Put the fans 1st, something SDSU hasn't figured out how to do since Luginbill.   Build the Gameday around the fans and local culture.  They figured out the obvious the simple stuff to utilizing the park with a local band, but inside the stadium entertainment is still awful generic canned crap and half the time the PA doesn't work correctly.
