Summary
- OC Ryan Grubb called a healthy Danny Lewis one of Alabama's best early-camp stories after the tight end had been largely off the radar, making Lewis' continued availability an important part of the position outlook.
- Lewis and Josh Ford give the offense two true inline/Y tight ends, opening the door to heavy personnel packages built around their blocking.
- The staff also has pass-catching options in Marshall Pritchett and Caleb Edwards, while Jay Lindsey, Max Sutter and Jack Sammarco could face limited snaps if the top of the room stays healthy.
