Looks like Sam Brown, Saboor Karriem, Eric Stuart, Peter Clarke and Grayson Mains will join the ranks. Congrats to those guys! I think Keeler has done a great job of attracting and allowing player leaders to lead this program. It is a great sign that Brown and Karriem were appointed. It means they are professionals. Setting a great example for the talented young players we brought in. What I think the single digits should encapture is not only what Temple Football is, but the guys who can lead a team of 100+ individuals on a football field. They are who this team looks too when things get tough. The ones who can shift momentum. The guys who WIN FOOTBALL GAMES. What they will need to do is keep all the players engaged. Are you working hard enough to be able to ask your teammates to give everything they have to achieve your dreams. If a guy who wants playing time isnt getting it. Who is motivating him to prepare like a starter? Have you earned enough respect to be able to do so. Unfortunately as fate has it, not everyone will get as many snaps as they want, not everyone will get the ball as much as they want. Will you inspire them enough with your own effort to keep them engaged. If everyone that steps on the field is ready to go this year, aside from Penn State there are no monsters on the schedule. The guys have been appointed to the pedestal. Earn enough respect to be able to ask every player on that roster to do their best to help raise that pedestal as high as it can go, and the whole program moves along with it.
