Respectfully, AI is not the great equalizer in Graphic Design yet. Definitely have fun exploring its capabilities, wallpaper uses, and meme ability, but it doesn’t replace accurate diligent artists especially the ones working at UT. On a similar note, I just received this image of a shirt as a pre-sale for an unnamed business that I’ve bought from before. It’s clearly AI generated because that’s not Neyland stadium or the waterfront. Unfortunately, some of our fans will buy the shirt anyway. I hope that this doesn’t become a lazy business trend. AI has its uses, but this shirt ain’t it.
