Sean Allison may have arrived this summer, but he is already settling in at Rutgers
Summary
-
FCS transfer Sean Allison joined Rutgers in May and spent the summer accelerating his playbook work after arriving roughly six months behind the program's other newcomers.
-
Allison earned first-team All-Pioneer Football League honors in 2025 after recording 126 tackles, eight tackles for loss and two sacks.
-
Rutgers added Allison to a linebacker room that lacked consistency last season, giving the unit a three-year starter with immediate leadership expectations.
-
Fellow portal addition Ty Morris has also emerged as a quiet leader, helping stabilize the communication and culture of the rebuilt room.
