I firmly believe there is, but it may not be His design that Army and Navy finish 1-2. I certainly hope Army finishes 1 and Navy finishes somewhere after last place, if there is a non-catastrophic way to do that. The rest...meh...the odds aren't great, but it would certainly make a spectacle worth watching.
