At the BHTC luncheon on Wednesday, it was explained that there will be two games every year where the athletic department will require Blue & Gold be worn - homecoming, and the first home game to be nationally broadcast. This year that would be the Coastal Carolina game. For other games, they will take input from the players (but that doesn’t mean the players having final say). However, for the opener, the players did say they would like to wear the same color combo they had been wearing in practice - hence, the Blue & White.
