Appalachian State's opening spring practice actually matched the title as a largely new Mountaineer roster took the field for the first of 15 sessions. The team will take next week off for spring break and return the following week with a month-long road to the April 18th spring game.
Following the session, head coach Dowell Loggains talks about the objectives from opening day, and previews the revised quarterback room and integrating enhanced mobility into the offense.
