Summary
Arizona secondary deeper than last year with raised talent floor; development-focused programs produce unexpected breakouts; stronger team entering fall camp.

If it is a microcosm then we are deeper than last year with a floor of talent thats risen, but yes we will have a lower ceiling when it comes to defensive "star" power.
If that is so, I think thats a better problem to have. Means teams cant hone in on the best player we have and gameplan against a secondary. Programs predicated on development always have a player no one thought would pop...pop.
Year 2 and we have a stronger team at this time last year, thats more bought in because of the actual results theyve generated..... by the time we hit fall camp the defense and offense will be much sharper systematically, which will lead to better competition at practice. If youre deeper, more guys get more reps and you dont have to sacrifice the proven players as much. I cant see us NOT getting better.
