The defense surprised me with their quickness and tackling. As much as their receivers helped us with drops, we only gave up 3 points to a team that had a veteran QB and RB. The play calling was excellent. We have two tough, talented QBs who can really hurt you with run & pass. Howse is going to be a beast. Branch has breakaway quicks. And nobody dropped easy passes or put the ball on the ground. London pleasantly surprised me, especially those booming kickoffs. We’ll see what we have next week, but I feel like we have a squat that can grind it out and not kill themselves with stupid mistakes.
