I hate watched the game last night and saw Lonergan making the same mistakes he made with us. He was very efficient when connecting with his first read, but he made awful decisions if he had to make any progressions. He got easily rattled every time UMass gave him any pressure. He had 4 TOs (3 picks and 1 fumble) and honestly could have had more with several near INT’s UMass barely missed. BOB knows Lonergan better than anyone and I hope him and Roof are designing schemes to blitz Lonergan all game.
