Ole Miss' much-anticipated 2026 season finally gets rolling Sunday night in Nashville's Nissan Stadium.  The ninth-ranked Rebels, under first-year head coach Pete Golding, head to the Music City to face No. 24 Louisville.  The Cardinals, under veteran coach Jeff Brohm, are considered a College Football Playoff contender as well and could really bolster their case with a win over a Southeastern Conference power like Ole Miss.  The Rebels, eight months removed from a CFP Semifinal loss to eventual national runner-up Miami in the Vbro Fiesta Bowl, features a pair of Heisman Trophy candidates in quarterback Trinidad Chambliss and running back Kewan Lacy.  MPW Digital football expert Pete DeWeese is back for his fourth season of Pete's Pigskin Preview. Each week, he'll break down Ole Miss' opponent as well as take some deep dives into the Rebels' offense and defense.  Pete's Pigskin Preview is post-produced by MPW Digital producer Caroline McCready.
