If they’re medically cleared you need to play them (specifically Heywood, given the difference between him and Simmons). You only get 12 guaranteed games a year and 10 against real opponents you absolutely cannot punt game 1 away because you’re scared they’ll get re-injured or not have enough practice snaps.
