Best thing about yesterday is we escaped healthy and got some stuff on film. A lot of young guys on both sides of the ball got meaningful snaps. A lot has been made about our secondary not looking the best but while subbing in many different line ups all game we didn’t let up a single score. Danny has proven to be solid at adjustments, let the man cook! I really like our lines. We have a lot of size on both lines and our OL absolutely graded out well. Our DL and primary Lb’s (Kennedy and Bloomstrom) are big and physical. We are way more suited to play big boy football than we have been in a long time on both sides of the ball. All of our goals are still in front of us. First game in the Sol was an absolute positive. Everyone around me complemented the changes. After we beat BYU, all you naysayers gonna be jumping on the bandwagon. Final note, I have been the biggest Suilepa Stan and he absolutely showed out! Can’t wait to see how he does against BYU.
