I agree, you don't want to say the offensive line is an Achilles' heel. But they will need to play much better than they did in the first half against Ball State. The first half net of 35 yards on 17 carries was simply not acceptable. It's easier to run the ball when you're ahead 28-3 and you have softened them up and, lo and behold, it was. That has to happen from the start, especially in a big matchup game like this one coming up. There are too many matchup games on this schedule to not be better on the offensive line. It better get better quickly. That's all I can say. It seems like everybody was happy with how Moore played and not happy with Phillips. I don't doubt they will shuffle the offensive line if need be if the game starts like it did this past week.
