Mike Gundy took over a team that went 7-5 and played in a bowl game. He dismissed around 11 players (dont remember exact number) and proceeded to go 4-7 in his first year. He also barely beat FCS Montana State 15-10 at HOME in his first game.
Morris has 91 new players and took over a team that went 1-11 last year.
