I think there is reason for cautious optimism for a turnaround. Just take a look at Tennessee’s and South Florida’s offensive stats over the past five years with Coach Golesh. Multiple years with top 10 offensive stats. Even outside the top 10, numbers were respectable. I think we will be at least 10 points better per game this year, Coach Durkin has the pieces to put a decent defense on the field (hopefully we can plug holes on d-line and corners), and I have got a sneaky suspicion that we have a QB that is going to keep the chains moving by extending plays or running for 1st downs .
