I know Steve Spurrier was successful and his mentor at the same time a coach like Saban was able to lock in to deeper depths because he didn’t have to worry about every single call. You can actually zone in on particular situations, when the offense line wasn’t doing well Saban would be chewing everyone on that line out, it just hits different when it’s the head coach mid game as opposed to position coaches. The attitude of a coach really reflects the attitude of the team. I think Fisch is a really good coach has Demond hit his ceiling no will he we don’t know yet. If he can get elite o line and qb play team is going to be elite. How much has he grown in situations is key passing on 3&2 is just putting unnecessary pressure on a qb I’m running on 3&2 under center and then running a sneak on 4&1 simplify the game. Offensive coordinators always struggle with simplicity I see it in the pros and college. They also tend to run the ball less so a team is not great at until they have elite talent.
