Eliminate targeting for head-down hits, one transfer max post-freshman, binding 3-year NIL contracts, buyout required, cut 10 bowls, $10k bowl participation stipend.
Eliminate targeting just fine then for head down hits, one transfer and can’t transfer after freshman year, Nil is a three year binding contract, if someone transfers it must be bought out. Cut out about 10 bowl games. Each player receives 10,000 for participating in bowl game.
