QB/OL: Not just a magical secret clock but the assumption that the camera and clock are aligned.
Not just a magical secret clock but the assumption that the camera and clock are aligned. And the notion that the referee decisions are arbitrary. Michigan had a chance. They got a full second added before the first hail mary. Then the QB threw a wildly inaccurate pass out of bounds, with the game clock literally at 0 (not .02, or .04). You simply do not reward another play for that. There are hundreds of thousands of games that could need to replay the last play (or plays within the game), due to a similar technicality. Most likely, there were multiple plays within that very game that weren't exactly accurate. By this logic, every single game ever played has a timing discrepancy that may require replaying a down. It's never, ever exactly perfect. The game, played by humans, was over. Complete overreach by the B1G.
