Good letter, but I feel that the 2nd bullet could have been more expansive on the roster management. In addition to the team looking unprepared, one came away with the thought that the talent identification process has been inept. We were dominated at the line of scrimmage by a team which also had many transfers but a much lower NIL budget and a much smaller staff to analyze the talent in the portal.
