The part that pisses me off the most is the long con they are playing on the fans. Not allowing reporters to see practice and when they do see a scrimmage or two that information can't be made public. which in turn leaves mouth pieces for the program to give the people covering the team bad information on how much improved they are. which you have to break out your rosetta stone to interpret and leaves egg on their face when you lay an absolute 0 against Umass in the opener. They are alienating us all. Fandom was already waning more and more this summer because of this and Thursday nailed the coffin shut for some of the most loyal supporters of this team. Separately, I can already see it now the whole “vertical alignment” will be used as “well this is the first time we have actually had it. So it doesn't actually take effect until next year. We need to build the pipeline again.”
