Oregon coach Dan Lanning said Ziyare Addison earned the starting left-tackle job through improved consistency and more controlled play, while indicating that the Ducks expect to keep using offensive-line rotations rather than committing to only five blockers.

Lanning highlighted Oregon receiver Dakorien Moore's cross-field block on a Jeremiah McClellan screen and improved response to coaching and mistakes, pointing to contributions beyond his opening-game touchdown.

Oregon quarterback Dante Moore and center Iapani Laloulu are using film study and defensive tells to prepare their pressure recognition, with Lanning expressing confidence in their joint operation before the first road game.

Oklahoma State's offense is expected by Lanning to stress defenders horizontally through screens, runs and trick plays at a fast tempo, creating space for playmakers such as Wyatt Young while limiting conventional pass-rush opportunities.

Oklahoma State's simulated pressures and changing defensive looks were a major preparation concern for Lanning, who described them as difficult to identify and handle.
