It is my hope the staff spent all weekend in meetings discussing the missteps of the past two weeks, including, but not limited to, the QB debacle, saturday's conservative gameplan, who's actually in charge, waning locker room vibes, multiple horrific self-inflicted PR wounds, and the overall arrogance not to think they had to actually work to keep up momentum and enthusiasm that last year created. It is my hope that EVERYTHING looks different this week, but that will take an incredible amount of self-reflection and humility from the folks in charge of this team and I'm not sure they have it.
