1) First Dabo needs to use this season to find out who can play and who can’t. Find out about his depth. In my opinion, doing that won’t greatly impact our record. It’s not going to be good either way. 2) Second rank every position and let the last 25-30 in that ranking go; ie do not offer them a contract for 2027. It can no longer be til graduation do we part. It’s a business now. 3) Go into the portal and sign the best 25-30 players he can afford while correctly managing the amounts the existing roster is being paid. We need help at pretty much every position. If he does this for a couple of years he can probably drop back to 10 or so takes a year to patch holes. If he doesn’t, he’s a dead man walking.
