A few things that have me encouraged, positive and hopeful with the program. 1- Defense. It isn’t the stats, or even the scheme. But overall I observed the most athletic and fast defense that I can remember in a long time. It was different in ALL the right ways. 2- TE’s- 2 of the TD’s were to the TE’s Platt and Adcock. It was a position I was worried about, but could be better than I thought. TE’s are a young QB’s best friend. 3- Skill Positions- the results weren’t great. But the WR room is better than I thought. RB’s look great to me physically and even when no hole was there, they hit it and got what they could instead of bouncing it for a loss. Long way to go, but I’m starting to believe a little.
