I'm saying that the big downturn wasn't likely solely due to the things that most posters focus on. Most posters ignore injuries by claiming every school has key injuries. I think they are wrong to dismiss it that easily, given what has happened in OSU football the last few years. IMO somehow bad karma got unleashed so with my simple minded outlook that assumes there will be a return of good fortune after a long spell of bad karma, one of the things that popped into my mind was weather might turn out to be a positive catalyst to help turn things around. You need more than one positive catalyst but once things turn it can put you on a long-term positive path forward. We'll see how it turns out Saturday. Might be laughing at myself over weather popping into my mind.
