What you can't do in a game like this is get caught up in the idea that "we need to establish the run," because what that results in far more often than not in a game like this is a frenzied opposing defense galvanized by the game situation and its home fans that easily eats up such run attempts, thus generating even more frenzied momentum among themselves and throughout the stadium.
