Just pointing out that I never have to see who wrote your posts to know who wrote it because it's so unique here.
That said, I disagree with the first part of #5. Paying for coaches and staff hasn't been an issue since Flood. Ash and Schiano both got the coaches that they wanted and Schiano has exploded the size of the support staff with the University never telling him 'no' when it came to salaries. Ciarrocca was one of the highest paid coodinators in the nation when he signed his contract. That's no longer the case as coodinator salaries exploded again this year (at least 5 making over $3 million/year!).
Obviously, getting the money for players is a different story and Rutgers is 5 years behind the curve there.
